Programmes & initiatives
Our commitment to high quality standards in the workplace has enabled us to share management practices and transfer skills across borders. These programmes address vastly differing needs around the world, from employee-volunteer teacher projects for children in deprived areas of South Africa, to sponsorship of major arts exhibitions and cultural events.
Asian University for Women
In May 2007, Unilever Bangladesh Limited agreed to create the “Unilever Bangladesh Scholarship” at AUW. This scholarship fund enables two Bangladeshi nationals to study on full scholarship for five years at the University
Innovative Bangladesh contest
Unilever Bangladesh jointly sponsored a Global Essay Contest organized by Anwarul Quadir Foundation (AQF) a non profit organization that promotes economic development and social justice in Bangladesh
