Kedar is the CEO and Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh leading the business operations and anchoring UBL’s journey to a new era.

Kedar brings 19 years of professional experience spanning Advertising, Internet Businesses and FMCG Sales & Marketing, over 13 of which he spent at Unilever. He started his Unilever journey in 2004 in the Ice-cream Division, post which he spent a couple of years as the Marketing Manager for HUL’s Ice-cream business. He then moved to Kimberly Clark Lever Limited as the Head of Sales and Marketing.
Kedar came back to HUL to lead the business of Eastern Region to high growth momentum. In his latest stint his most important achievement has been leading HUL’s foray into ecommerce, where he built a new-age business channel, delivering rapid yet sustainable growth which has made HUL one of the top five ecommerce businesses for Unilever.
He was one of the few senior leaders involved in development of young managers at HUL and was chosen to be the “New Face of Leadership" by the company. Kedar was also a part of the Economic Times 40 under 40 list of hottest business leaders in 2015.
Kedar graduated from ISB with a dual specialization in Strategic Marketing and Operations Management. At ISB, Kedar topped the Marketing stream and was also a part of the Dean’s list. He loves long drives, photography and is passionate about food & golf.
