In September 2013, Minhaj took over as the Customer Development Director of Unilever Bangladesh Limited, bringing to the role his strong marketing background and significant experience in building categories. Minhaj’s skills focus in the area of Category & Brand Management, Consumer Behavior, Media Strategy, Trade Marketing, Channel Management, Route to Market Strategy, Change Management and Team Leadership. He is an alumnus of IBA and Faculty of Business Studies of Dhaka University. Minhaj believes in living every day to the fullest and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and 4 lovely children.
