Tanzeen Ferdous

Tanzeen is currently the marketing head of Unilever Bangladesh, responsible for the Home Care, Foods and Refreshment businesses, comprising of some of the leading brands in the country, such as Surf Excel, Rin, Wheel, Vim, Pureit, Knorr and Taaza.

Graduating fresh from Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University Tanzeen joined Unilever as a Management Trainee back in 2005. He managed brands from a local deployment perspective and performed category head roles, across the personal care categories for the next 7 years. Eventually in 2012 he was posted in Mumbai as the Global Brand Manager for one of leading hair care brands in South Asia. After a successful stint, he returned to Unilever Bangladesh in 2016 to lead the personal products division, and in 2017 he took over his current role.

In January 2018, he joined the Management Committee.

Tanzeen is passionate in driving the Unilever Sustainable Living Plan (USLP) through various initiatives across his portfolio of brands. He gets refreshed after a good swim and spends idle time, reading self-improvement books. He enjoys spending time in outdoor activities with his wife and two daughters.
