Khan Salahuddin Mohammad Minhaj

Minhaj joined Unilever in 2006 as a Senior Brand Manager for Wheel. He has since built an ambidextrous career in Sales and Marketing, working in various core roles in brand building and leading categories before becoming the Brand Building Director in 2011. In 2014, Minhaj was appointed as the Customer Development Director for Unilever Bangladesh Limited.

Minhaj has been instrumental in driving the Customer Development (CD) transformation agenda in UBL, and pioneered the very essence of performance management and talent development across the function. From organisational redesigning to ensuring the best performance when it comes to sales, Minhaj genuinely ensured holistic capability development for the entire Go to Market pillar of UBL. He assumed the role of CEO & Managing Director of Unilever Consumer Care Ltd. in 2020 while serving as the Customer Development Advisor for Unilever Bangladesh.

Minhaj is a graduate from the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka and has a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. Minhaj started his career at Nestle, working in Supply Chain and Marketing. He is an alumnus of Dhaka College and St. Joseph Higher Secondary School.

Minhaj believes in living every day to the fullest and enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four lovely children. He is passionate about sports.

As an accomplished professional with rich experience in the FMCG industry, Minhaj's leadership skills, strategic thinking, and talent for capability development have contributed significantly to Unilever Bangladesh's success.
