Khan Salahuddin Mohammad Minhaj
Minhaj joined Unilever in 2006 as a Senior Brand Manager for Wheel. Since then, he has built a versatile career in Marketing, Sales and General Management. Minhaj worked in various core roles in brand building, leading categories like Fabric Solution and Skin Care before joining the Management Committee (MC) of Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL) as the Brand Building Director, in 2011. In 2014, Minhaj was appointed as the Customer Development (CD) Director for UBL.

Minhaj has been instrumental in driving the CD transformation agenda in UBL, pioneering performance management and talent development across the function. From organisational redesigning to optimising sales performance, Minhaj ensured holistic capability development for UBL’s entire Go-to-Market pillar. In 2020, he assumed the role of CEO and Managing Director of Unilever Consumer Care Limited (UCL), while also serving as the CD Advisor for UBL.
Minhaj graduated from the Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka and holds a Masters in Business Administration degree from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. He began his career at Nestle, working in Supply Chain and Marketing. Minhaj is an alumnus of Dhaka College and St. Joseph Higher Secondary School.
