Mr. Nuruzzaman is a career civil servant belonging to the Bangladesh Civil Service (Administration), 15th batch and currently serves as Additional Secretary at the Ministry of Industries. Since joining government service in 1995, he has served in a wide range of administrative and leadership roles across the country, including positions as Assistant Commissioner, Upazila Nirbahi Officer, Deputy Commissioner’s Office official, Anti-Corruption Officer, and Chief Executive Officer of multiple municipalities and Hill District Councils.

Over nearly three decades, his responsibilities have spanned governance, public administration, policy implementation, and institutional development.

He has also gained international exposure through professional training and development programs, including courses in Australia, Singapore, and other countries. His academic background is equally diverse, holding Master’s degrees in Public Policy and Management, Security and Development, and Political Science, alongside extensive training in governance, administration, and leadership.

Mr. Nuruzzaman’s long-standing service reflects his commitment to public administration and national development, with extensive experience in both policy making and execution.
