Marketing Director and Business Unit Head - Personal Care

Nabila Jabeen Khan is an accomplished marketing and business leader with over 19 years of experience across the FMCG and consumer health industries. She has led businesses and brands across South Asia and Europe, spanning Beauty & Personal Care, Home Care, Consumer Health, and Food. Her expertise includes brand strategy, P&L management, innovation, and in-market execution.

Nabila joined Unilever Bangladesh in 2019 as Category Head for Skin Cleansing, where she successfully led Lifebuoy through the Covid-19 pandemic, driving strong business growth and impactful public health campaigns. She has held several key roles across Marketing, Customer Development, and Global Brand Management, including Regional Manager for Chattogram, Global Marketing Manager for Lifebuoy, and Marketing Manager for Skin Care.

She currently serves as Marketing Director, leading the Personal Care Business Unit at Unilever Bangladesh, where she drives brand building, innovation, and end-to-end business growth.

Prior to Unilever, Nabila worked at Reckitt Benckiser in Bangladesh and the UK, managing leading renowned brands such as Nurofen, Gaviscon, Strepsils, Harpic, and Lizol. She also worked with Mission Foods UK, leading innovation projects and strategic retail collaborations.

Nabila holds an MBA from City University of London, where she received a scholarship for her research on social media in brand building. She also earned her BBA from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka.

She is passionate about driving business growth by building culturally relevant brands and creating meaningful consumer connections. Her strong academic foundation, combined with broad experience across diverse markets and categories, has shaped her strategic, consumer-centric approach to leadership, bringing a global perspective grounded in deep local insight.
