Ruhul Quddus Khan
Ruhul Quddus Khan joined Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL) as a Management Trainee in 1996, starting his career in the Central Maintenance Department at the Kalurghat Factory (KGF). Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across various domains including Engineering, Packaging Development, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, and end-to-end Supply Chain.
Supply Chain Director
In his 28 years of career at Unilever, Ruhul has held key roles in areas from soap Packaging Development to Manufacturing. As Factory Head, he led significant transformations in both capacity and capability, streamlining operations to make it future-fit. Additionally, he served as Factory Manager for Personal Care and Collaborative Manufacturing Operations at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL).
Returning to UBL in 2016, Ruhul assumed the role of Head of Manufacturing, playing a crucial role in Country-Category Business Transformation (CCBT) partnering for supply chain, aligned with the new C4G ways of working. In 2018, he was appointed Supply Chain Director, delivering significant transformation to make the end-to-end supply chain more agile, resilient, and customer-centric.
Ruhul has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and he is an alumnus of Rajshahi College.
Ruhul revitalises himself by indulging in his hobbies, including watching classic movies and spending quality time with his family.
