Ruhul Quddus Khan
Ruhul Quddus Khan joined Unilever Bangladesh Limited as a Management Trainee (Future Leader) in 1996, starting his career in the Central Maintenance Department at the Kalurghat Factory. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience across various domains including Engineering, Packaging Development, Supply Chain Management, and Manufacturing.
Supply Chain Director
In his 25-year career at Unilever, Ruhul has held key roles spanning from Packaging Development to Manufacturing and then as Factory Head to lead crucial factory transformations both in capacity and capability. He also worked as the Factory Manager-Personal Care, Collaborative Manufacturing Operations in Hindustan Unilever Limited.
Returning to Unilever Bangladesh Limited in 2016, Ruhul assumed the role of Head of Manufacturing and played a crucial role in Cross-Category Business Transformation (CCBT) partnering for supply chain alignment with new C4G ways of working. In 2018, he took on the role of Supply Chain Director and has delivered significant transformation in the end-to-end supply chain in the last couple of years, making it more agile, resilient, and customer-centric.
Ruhul has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) and he is an alumnus of Rajshahi College.
Ruhul revitalises himself by indulging in his hobbies, including watching classic movies and spending quality time with his family.
