Shadman has been with Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL) for over 16 years now, starting as a Management Trainee in 2008 through the Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP).

Customer Business Development (CBD) Head
Shadman has had a varied journey within the organisation, starting in Marketing, followed by multiple stints in both Marketing and Customer Development (CD), until returning to Marketing as the Marketing Director for Home Care. Since January 2025, he has been appointed as the CBD Head, marking his return to CD again.
Shadman has worked across various categories, including Fabric Solution, Home and Hygiene, Toilet Cleaner, Water Purifier, Hair Care and Deodorant. He has held leadership roles such as Category Head, Customer Marketing Head and CD Center of Excellence (COE) Head in Bangladesh. Additionally, he anchored the Enterprise Digital Transformation of UBL and led the CD Design Verticals for 4 years.
Shadman is a valedictorian and gold medallist of the Executive Master’s in Business Administration (EMBA) programme at the Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. He previously completed his Bachelor’s in Business Administration (BBA) from the same institution. He has since been an adjunct faculty of ‘Sales & Marketing’ at his alma mater.
An avid football fan, Shadman supports Manchester United and Argentina. In his free time, he enjoys grooming campus talents through various campus interventions and mentoring his team members. He is an alumnus of Notre Dame College and Ideal School Dhaka. Shadman has been involved in debating since school days and he was the founder president of IBA Communication Club (IBACC).
