Syeda Durdana Kabir joined Unilever Bangladesh Limited in 2023 as the Human Resource Director. She spearheads the company's endeavours in organisational development, fostering a vibrant corporate culture, and championing equity, diversity, and inclusivity.

With an impressive professional journey spanning over 25 years in the functions of Human Resources (HR) and Organisational Development, Durdana embarked on her career at British Airways before transitioning to Nestlé. At Nestlé, her versatile roles included serving as the Regional Head of Talent and Organisation for Malaysia and Singapore, and later, for Central and West Africa.
Durdana completed her Executive Masters of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from North South University and attained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in English from the University of Dhaka. Her qualifications also include certifications as a Gallup Clifton Strength Coach (UK), a 360-degree coach, and a Certified Mental Wellbeing First Aider.
In line with Unilever's ethos, Durdana envisions cultivating a high-performing and psychologically safe culture within the organisation. Her goal is to empower the people of the company to unlock their full potential, fostering rewarding career growth and meaningful work. Beyond her professional pursuits, Durdana finds joy in traveling, cooking, and swimming.
