Zaheen embarked on his journey with Unilever in 2007, joining as a Management Trainee through the prestigious Unilever Future Leaders Programme (UFLP). His journey at UBL spans over 16 years across various avenues of business.

Marketing Director - Beauty & Wellbeing, Bangladesh

Zaheen’s professional trajectory has been marked by diverse roles in sales and marketing, both domestically and internationally. Starting in Brand Management, Zaheen transitioned to an Area Manager role before returning to Marketing, assuming key positions such as Category Head and Business Team Lead for Hair Care and Oral Care. During his impactful brand stints, he played a pivotal role in the premiumisation journey of Hair Care and spearheaded innovative initiatives like TRESemmé Fashion Week and Clear Men U17 Football.

In 2021, Zaheen became the Regional Manager for the largest Sales Region in Bangladesh, achieving remarkable growth for the year. His versatility shone through as he returned to Marketing, leading the Media Function with a focus on business partnering and technology adoption, steering the team towards a more future-fit approach. Currently, he is the Marketing Director – Beauty & Wellbeing, contributing to the strategic vision of the Business.

Beyond Unilever, Zaheen was a Brand Manager for Nestle Purina in the UK and Ireland. He was later part of the Marketing leadership team at Reckitt Benckiser Bangladesh, where he oversaw Health, Home, and Hygiene portfolios, leaving a lasting impact on market share and household penetration gain.

Zaheen holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka, and Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom. Outside the professional realm, he has a deep passion for cricket. Currently, he continues to indulge in his love for sports, playing on weekends.
