Nadia's journey at Unilever Bangladesh Limited (UBL) began in 2015 when she joined as the Category Head for Skin Cleansing. She later transitioned to the Customer Development function, becoming the first female Regional Manager of UBL.

After joining UBL, Nadia has worked across Brand Building, and Customer Development. She has executed various campaigns and activations including the Lifebuoy School of 5 programme, which aimed to bring about behaviour change and promote handwashing habits. Nadia's efforts were recognised when Unilever Bangladesh earned a Guinness World Record for creating the largest image of the Human Hand.
From 2018 to 2021, Nadia held the role of Regional Manager for Dhaka Central North Region in the Customer Development function. In this capacity, she was responsible for evaluating the retail environment, monitoring market trends, and implementing effective sales and distribution management plans to enhance regional business performance. Nadia has also been actively engaged in driving Diversity & Inclusion initiatives as a Pillar lead for "Inspirit," a cross-organisation platform that aims to foster a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
Nadia Tabassum pursued her education at the prestigious Institute of Business Administration (IBA). She obtained a Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing and a minor in Finance. Prior to joining UBL, she worked for Grameenphone and Marico. She is also an alumnus of Mastermind School and Sunbeams School.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Nadia has a deep passion for continuous learning and personal growth, always striving to be the best version of herself. In her spare time, Nadia enjoys music and reading books, which further fuels her passion for knowledge and self-development.
